By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, booking a free demo class or enrolling in a course, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

Our Services

Next IT Career provides:

  • IT training across software testing, automation, data engineering, data science, AI, full-stack development, cyber security, cloud platforms, SAP and Workday tracks, delivered in classroom, online and hybrid modes
  • Recruitment services, connecting trained candidates with hiring organisations
  • Third-party testing services for client organisations
  • Free demo classes for prospective students
  • Placement assistance, including resume preparation, mock interviews and recruiter introductions

Course curricula, durations, trainers, batch timings and fees are subject to change. We revise our curriculum periodically to keep pace with industry requirements, and we will notify enrolled students of any material change to a Course already in progress.

We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend or discontinue any Course or service. Where a Course is discontinued before completion, enrolled students will be offered a transfer to an equivalent Course or a pro-rata refund for the undelivered portion.

Eligibility and Enrolment

Who can enrol

You must be 18 years or older to enrol independently. Applicants under 18 may enrol only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must also take responsibility for fee payment and act as the point of contact for administrative matters.

By enrolling you confirm that all information you provide — including your name, contact details, educational background and work experience — is accurate and complete. Providing false information is grounds for termination of enrolment without refund.

How enrolment works

  1. Submit an enquiry or demo-booking form, or contact us by phone or WhatsApp
  2. Attend a free demo class for the Course you are considering
  3. Confirm your batch and mode of training
  4. Pay the applicable fee in full, or make the agreed first instalment
  5. Receive confirmation of enrolment, batch details and access credentials

Enrolment is confirmed only on receipt of payment and our confirmation of your batch. Submitting a form does not by itself create an enrolment.

Seat availability

We run limited batch sizes to keep classes small. Seats are allocated on a first-paid basis. If a batch is full, we will offer you the next available batch.

Course Fees and Payment

Course fees vary by Course and mode of training. The exact fee applicable to your batch will be confirmed to you in writing before enrolment. Fees quoted on the website, in brochures or in advertisements are indicative and subject to change without notice.

Unless stated otherwise, fees include tuition, Course Materials and access to session recordings, and exclude third-party certification examination fees, software licences you purchase directly from vendors, and travel or accommodation.

Payment methods and instalments

Fees may be paid in full at enrolment, or in instalments as agreed in writing at the time of enrolment. EMI through partner financing may be available; EMI terms are set by the financing partner, not by us, and you contract with them directly.

Where an instalment plan is agreed:

  • Each instalment is due on the date set out in your payment schedule
  • Access to classes, materials and placement support may be suspended if an instalment is more than 7 days overdue
  • Continued non-payment beyond 30 days may result in termination of enrolment, with fees already paid forfeited

Taxes, receipts and offers

All fees are subject to applicable taxes, including GST, at prevailing rates. A receipt is issued for every payment. Please retain receipts — refunds and disputes cannot be processed without proof of payment.

Promotional offers, early-bird pricing and group discounts apply only for the period and on the conditions stated. They cannot be combined unless we say so in writing, and cannot be applied retrospectively to a completed enrolment.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please read this section carefully before paying. Attend a free demo class first to confirm the Course suits you.

What you can claim back, depending on when you cancel.
When you request cancellationRefund
Before the batch start date[INSERT %]% of fees paid, less administrative charges
Within the first 2 sessions[INSERT %]% of fees paid
After the first 2 sessionsNo refund
After Course Materials or recordings have been sharedNo refund

What is never refundable

  • Registration or administrative charges
  • Third-party certification examination fees already paid on your behalf
  • Fees for Courses completed in full
  • Amounts already disbursed under an EMI arrangement, which remain governed by your agreement with the financing partner

If we cancel

If we cancel a batch before it begins, or cannot deliver a Course for reasons within our control, you may choose a full refund of fees paid for the undelivered portion, or a transfer to the next available batch or an equivalent Course at no extra cost.

How to request a refund

Submit a written request by email to contact@nextitcareer.com, stating your name, batch, Course, date of enrolment and reason. Verbal requests are not accepted. Approved refunds are processed within 15 working days to the original payment method; bank or gateway charges may be deducted.

Batch transfer

You may request a one-time transfer to a later batch of the same Course at no charge, provided you ask before the batch start date and a seat is available. Further transfers may attract a fee.

Batches, Schedules and Attendance

We run weekday morning, weekday evening and weekend batches. Timings are confirmed at enrolment. We may reschedule individual sessions due to trainer availability, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances, and will give as much notice as we reasonably can.

Regular attendance is expected. You are responsible for catching up on any session you miss. We do not repeat sessions for individual absentees, though recordings are provided. Consistent absence may affect your eligibility for a completion certificate and for placement support.

Session recordings

Recordings of online sessions are made available for your personal study during your Course access period. Recordings are strictly for your own use. You may not download, copy, share, resell, upload or distribute them. Breach of this is grounds for immediate termination without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

Mode and trainer changes

Switching between classroom, online and hybrid modes mid-Course is at our discretion and may involve a fee adjustment where the modes are differently priced. We may change the assigned trainer for a batch and will ensure any replacement has comparable experience; a trainer change is not grounds for a refund.

Placement Assistance

We provide placement assistance, not a job guarantee. No training institute can honestly guarantee employment, and we do not.

What we provide

  • Resume preparation and review
  • Mock interviews with feedback
  • Introductions to recruiters and hiring partners in our network
  • Notification of relevant openings and scheduled hiring drives
  • Interview preparation guidance that continues after your Course ends

What we do not promise

  • That you will receive a job offer
  • Any particular salary, package or designation
  • Employment with any specific company
  • A fixed timeframe within which you will be placed
  • That any interview will result in selection

Conditions and your responsibilities

Placement assistance is available to students who have completed the Course with satisfactory attendance, cleared all fee dues in full, completed assigned projects and assessments, and provided an accurate and up-to-date resume.

Hiring decisions rest entirely with employers and depend on your performance, skills, communication, background verification and market conditions. You are responsible for attending scheduled interviews, responding to recruiters promptly and conducting yourself professionally. Repeatedly declining or missing arranged interviews may lead us to withdraw further support.

Salary figures, placement counts and alumni employer names shown on our website reflect outcomes achieved by past students. They are illustrative of what is possible, not a prediction of your result.

Certificates

On successful completion of a Course you receive a Next IT Career completion certificate, issued where you have attended the minimum required proportion of sessions, completed assigned projects and assessments to a satisfactory standard, and cleared all fees in full.

Our completion certificate confirms that you attended and completed our training programme. It is not a government-recognised qualification, a university degree, or an industry certification.

We prepare students for external certifications such as Tricentis Tosca, ISTQB, AWS and Azure credentials. These are awarded by the respective certification bodies, not by us. You are responsible for registering for those examinations, paying their fees and meeting their requirements. We make no representation about your likelihood of passing.

Replacement certificates may be requested in writing and may attract an administrative charge.

Student Code of Conduct

You agree to:

  • Treat trainers, staff and fellow students with respect
  • Attend sessions punctually and participate constructively
  • Keep login credentials confidential and not share class access with anyone
  • Use lab systems, software and facilities only for Course work
  • Comply with our premises rules, safety instructions and reasonable directions from staff

You agree not to:

  • Record, screenshot, download or redistribute sessions or Course Materials without written permission
  • Share your account, class link or materials with any non-enrolled person
  • Behave in a manner that is abusive, discriminatory, harassing or disruptive
  • Misrepresent your identity, qualifications or experience
  • Use our premises, systems or network for any unlawful purpose
  • Solicit other students or staff for unrelated commercial purposes

Depending on severity, we may issue a warning, suspend your access, or terminate your enrolment without refund. Where conduct involves unlawful activity or infringement of our intellectual property, we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies and report the matter to the authorities. Our decision on matters of conduct is final.

Intellectual Property

All content on our Website and in our Course Materials — including text, course structure, curricula, slides, notes, assignments, lab exercises, project templates, session recordings, graphics, logos, images and software — is owned by Next IT Career or licensed to us, and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

On enrolment we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Course Materials for your own learning only, for the duration of your Course access period.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute Course Materials
  • Record, screen-capture or re-upload sessions
  • Sell, rent, licence or commercially exploit any part of our content
  • Use our materials to teach, train or coach others, or to set up a competing offering
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or attribution notice
  • Scrape, data-mine or extract content from our Website by automated means

“Next IT Career”, our logo and our tagline are our trademarks. You may not use them without written permission, including in any way that suggests affiliation, endorsement or partnership. Unauthorised use terminates your licence immediately and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

Third-Party Trademarks

Our Website and Course Materials refer to technologies, platforms and certification bodies including, among others, Tricentis Tosca, Playwright, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services and ISTQB.

All such names, logos and marks are the property of their respective owners. We use them descriptively, to identify the subject matter of our training.

We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by or partnered with any of these organisations unless we expressly state a partnership in writing.

Our Website also displays the names and logos of companies where our alumni are employed. These marks belong to their respective owners and are shown solely to indicate where past students now work. They do not imply any partnership, affiliation, endorsement, or hiring arrangement between those companies and us.

Where a Course involves vendor software, you are responsible for complying with that vendor's own licence terms. Trial, educational or evaluation licences used during training may not be used for commercial work.

Student Content and Testimonials

When you submit assignments, projects, code, reviews or feedback, you retain ownership of your work. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for assessment, internal training quality review and, where you agree separately, for promotional purposes. You confirm that anything you submit is your own work and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

We publish student names, photographs, employer names and salary bands on our placement wall, and student reviews on our Website and social media. We publish these only with your consent. Consent is sought separately at the time, and is not implied by enrolment.

You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to contact@nextitcareer.com. We will remove the entry from our Website within 7 working days. Material already printed, distributed offline or cached by third parties such as search engines may take longer to disappear and is outside our direct control.

Reviews you post on Google, social media or other platforms are governed by those platforms' terms, not ours. We do not pay for, script or alter reviews.

Acceptable Use of the Website

You may use our Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Website in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, databases or any connected system
  • Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other malicious code
  • Conduct any denial-of-service attack or otherwise attempt to disrupt the Website
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, index or harvest content or contact details
  • Submit false, misleading or abusive information through any form
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misstate your affiliation
  • Use the Website to send unsolicited commercial communications

We aim to keep the Website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it for business or operational reasons, including maintenance, without notice and without liability.

Where you are given login credentials for a learning platform, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the training will meet your specific career objectives.

We do not warrant that the Course will result in employment, promotion or any salary outcome; that Website content is error-free, complete or current at all times; that the Website or learning platform will be uninterrupted, timely or secure; or that any defect will be corrected within a particular timeframe.

Content on the Website, including blog posts, course descriptions, salary figures and industry information, is for general information only and should not be relied on as professional, career or financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of employment, income, profits, business opportunity or anticipated savings; indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss of any kind; loss or corruption of data; any act or omission of a third party including hiring partners, certification bodies, payment gateways, financing partners or software vendors; or loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Website.

Our total aggregate liability to you, for any claim arising out of or connected with your use of our Website or services, is limited to the total fees you actually paid us for the Course giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Indemnity, Force Majeure and General

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Next IT Career, its directors, trainers, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your infringement of any intellectual property or other right, any unlawful act or omission by you in connection with our Website, premises or services, or any false or misleading information you provide to us or to a hiring partner.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, fire, flood, war, civil unrest, strikes, government action, power failure, internet or telecommunications failure, or failure of third-party platforms. If such an event prevents classroom delivery, we may shift the Course to online mode for its duration, and this will not be treated as a breach or grounds for refund.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms, including your enrolment, to any other person. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor entity.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written enrolment confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and us, and supersede any prior oral or written representation.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, our Website or our services.

Before commencing any legal proceeding, you agree to attempt resolution as follows:

  1. Raise the matter with us in writing at contact@nextitcareer.com, setting out the issue and the outcome you seek
  2. We will acknowledge within 7 working days and aim to respond substantively within 30 days
  3. If unresolved, either party may refer the dispute to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
  4. The seat of arbitration will be Hyderabad and the proceedings will be conducted in English

The arbitrator's award will be final and binding. Each party bears its own costs unless the arbitrator directs otherwise.

Nothing in this section limits any right you may have to approach a consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes to These Terms and How to Contact Us

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page, with the date at the top updated.

For changes that materially affect enrolled students — fees, refund terms or placement conditions — we will give notice by email or SMS before the change applies to you. Changes do not apply retrospectively to a Course you have already paid for. Continuing to use our Website or services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
